Most of our furniture is yours to use when you rent the Studio on Second & Main.

HOW DO I BOOK STUDIO ON SEOND & MAIN?
You can book by contacting Brooke to book and pay for your spot online.
HOW DO I GET INTO THE SPACE?
Once you book the Studio on Second & Main, you'll receive an email with all the instructions to access the space. Be sure to read this, as the email changes as the policies change.
CAN I SEE STUDIO ON SECOND & MAIN IN
PERSON BEFORE I BOOK?
Sure! the Studio on Second & Main is by appointment only, so be sure to make an appointment with Brooke to see the space so you don't interrupt another renter. You can contact us here.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I GO OVER MY BOOKED TIME?
The time you rent the space is the time you are allowed in the space. If you need additional time, be sure to pay for that time. That said, we understand that things happen. If you go over your allotted time, be sure to contact Brooke right away (contact information will be in the email you receive when you book) about extending your time. If the studio is available, we will charge the card on file for additional time.
If you go over your booked time and do not let us know, you will be charged $25 for every 15 minutes you go over your time.
WHAT'S INCLUDED IN MY RENTAL?
Studio on Second & Main is full of props and furniture that are periodically switched out for the seasons. You have access to all of it when you rent. If anything is private or not included in your rental, it will be marked PRIVATE.
